Terms of Use

1. What QuoteNovo Is

QuoteNovo is a Windows desktop software application for small service businesses. It helps you create estimates, invoices, PDF proposals, manage customers and projects, and track payments. QuoteNovo is sold as a one-time downloadable license. It is not a subscription service, a cloud platform, or a mobile application.

2. License Grant

When you purchase QuoteNovo, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to the number of devices covered by your purchase (3 licenses per standard purchase). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with others.

3. One-Time Purchase

QuoteNovo is sold at a one-time purchase price of $265. There are no monthly fees, renewal fees, or subscription charges associated with the purchase.

4. Device Activations

Each standard purchase includes 3 licenses. Licenses are intended for use by the purchaser on their own Windows computers. If you need more than the included 3 licenses, you can purchase another copy of QuoteNovo or contact admin@quotenovo.com.

5. Windows-Only Disclosure

QuoteNovo is currently available for Windows only (Windows 10 and later recommended). It is not available for Mac, Linux, mobile devices, or in a web browser. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have confirmed your device meets this requirement.

6. No Cloud or SaaS Functionality

The current version of QuoteNovo does not include cloud storage, automatic syncing, or any server-side functionality. All data you enter into QuoteNovo is stored locally on your computer. QuoteNovo does not transmit your business data to any external server as part of its standard operation.

7. Your Data Responsibility

Because QuoteNovo stores data locally, you are responsible for maintaining your own data. This includes:

• Keeping regular backups of your QuoteNovo data using the built-in backup feature
• Storing backups in a secure location
• Protecting your computer and backup files from unauthorized access

QuoteNovo is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, accidental deletion, software issues, or failure to maintain backups.

8. Backup Responsibility

QuoteNovo includes built-in backup and restore functionality. It is your responsibility to use this feature regularly. We strongly recommend creating a backup before reinstalling, changing computers, or performing major Windows updates.

9. Refund Policy

Because QuoteNovo is downloadable software, all sales are final once the software has been accessed or activated. We do not offer refunds after the software license has been used. If you have questions about the software before purchasing, please contact us at admin@quotenovo.com before completing your purchase.

10. Support

Email support is included with your license. Contact us at admin@quotenovo.com for installation help, licensing questions, or general product support. Response times are best-effort and not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.

11. No Warranty

QuoteNovo is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We make no guarantee that the software will be error-free or meet every requirement of your specific business. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of QuoteNovo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
